Legal
Terms
These terms cover your use of this website and the Split waitlist. They’re between you and [company legal name] (“we”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
Split isn’t available yet
This site describes how Split is planned to work. Features, availability, eligibility and any fees may change before launch. Using Split itself will be covered by separate terms when it launches. No card, account or financial service is provided through this site.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and doesn’t create a Split account.
- Joining doesn’t guarantee access to Split, or access by any particular date.
- We may email you about the launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Invite links
You can share your invite link with people you know. Please don’t spam it or post it anywhere that breaks that site’s rules. Invite links don’t earn rewards or priority unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
Using the site
Don’t misuse the site. For example, don’t sign up with other people’s email addresses, submit signups automatically, or try to disrupt or break into the site.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on what it says about Split before launch.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top.
